Katie Muckley is a physical therapist from Indiana currently based in Atlanta, Georgia. She joined the Aerie Changemaker family in 2020 as the founder of Imagine Dance Project Haiti, an initiative to increase access to dance education through programs for youth in Haiti. Through numerous trips to Haiti since 2014, Katie has worked closely with Imagine Missions and the Institute of Dance Lynn Williams Rouzier to develop this initiative. In her work as both a physical therapist and a dance teacher, Katie hopes to empower others through movement experiences. Her personal mantra has thus become - 'dancing is a human right!
